The main function is to add a toast to every webpage with the root certificate issuer name. The secondary function is to log and remember every connected domains (and visited ones) and the root certificate issuer name for the current month.
The purpose is to study the degree of web decentralization by getting the number (and the names) of trusted root certificates on which your web surfing relies.
