By default, Firefox will try placing bookmarks into the "Other Bookmarks" folder. This extension changes the default bookmark location to be the Toolbar instead.
Add compatibility with extensions (like Private Bookmarks) create bookmarks in specific locations. If a bookmark is create with a target location, leave it be. If a bookmark is created with no target location then immediately move it to the Toolbar Folder.
