Tried the shift, ctrl or alt with a double click but still nothing. UPDATE: Went into the settings and selected the keys I wanted to use and it worked once but has now stopped again.

Please change it to a larger hand or let user select a different icon.
Missing some features that we had in the old GrabAndDrag addon, like smooth scrolling and an option to select which mouse button to use for dragging the page.開發者回應

an option for adjusting LEFT, MIDDLE, RIGHT click buttons will be added in the version 2.1.0
an option for SMOOTH SCROLLING will be added in the version 2.2.0
