So far so good. Of course there's a but.
I'm using view 5 with show unread only & manual "mark as read".
When I mark all the items in a folder read with shift-A they are marked as read in the folder view bur not the reading pane. I have to reload the page to remove the read items.
Likewise when I follow shift-A with shift-N, to move to the next folder with unread items, the viewing pane doesn't refresh and shows the read items from the previous folder.
If I'm doing something stupid please let me know how to get what I want.

1. When you shift-A a feed or folder with "show only unread" mode active, there's really no point in removing articles from the screen. Leaving them visible lets the user to undo the operation fully or partially.
2. When the user moves to the next feed or folder with shift-N, it's not guaranteed that the user wants to load the contents (especially if the user has automatic "mark as read" mode on). The user might very well want to skip to the next one without loading the contents. Therefore you need to press shift-O to load the contents. So shift-N, shift-O combination is the magic.

- have used this for years to follow a variety of types of feeds, and it's worked great. i especially like that i can manually sort my folders and feeds, (which most other readers i've tried don't allow).
however, within the last week or so, embeds in youtube feeds have stopped functioning and all return error 153. - 評價 4 分,滿分 5 分來自 Firefox 使用者 19532291,1 個月前Would STRONGLY benefit from automatic/scheduled/triggered exports of backups (OPML etc.) to user designated location(s).
It could then be set up to sync across devices and their various apps, guard against data loss, convenience.
It's baffling that this has not been implemented. - 評價 4 分,滿分 5 分來自 Jonathan B. Horen,2 個月前

- 評價 3 分,滿分 5 分來自 Joey Wheel,3 個月前Feedbro is compromised. It is communicating with a malicious IP: 50.87.175.165 According to AbuseIPDB this is for a word press brute force attack. It will slow up your internet browsing and it was making Google give me the "Are you a human" pop up when they get suspicious usage from a single device. I turned it off and the popups stopped. The only feeds I was tracking were a few people's tumblr pages. I had to ask around on forums at first because I legit thought I had a virus until I disabled the extension and no regular virus scanner was picking this up (by nature of how extensions work.)
Edit: I had ONE RSS feed I forgot about that wasn't a tumblr and must have been powered by wordpress (the feed author had a WP site.) Feedbro doesn't have anything in place to deal with broken feed requests. I had no way of knowing.
