Folding Window for ChatGPT is an unofficial local Firefox extension designed to make very long ChatGPT conversations lighter and easier to navigate.

It keeps only recent conversation turns actively rendered, prunes older heavy conversation DOM nodes, and uses an early local pre-trim mechanism to reduce the amount of old conversation data that ChatGPT needs to render in long chats.
