Firefox sur >Ubuntu ... malgré le pack Français cela reste en Anglais

Merci à celui qui a indiqué l'adresse avec les instructions pour changer le language en français! En insérant une nouvelle ligne ça fonctionne!

This is hopeless- am I missing something? I've clicked on all the links I'm supposed to and still nothing happens when I try to write an email in French.
How hard can this be? I installed Simplified Chinese for a university course with the Open University - why won't French install?
