Don't trust it anymore!
I would better recommend installing uBlock, who is made by a free person, is open-source (everybody can read and change the code) and does not sell its users data.
(I'm sorry for any mistakes, I'm german and just want to warn you)

This is great as an all-in-one solution also including automatic cookie consent handing and global privacy control signal. Also a decent as blocker, as well as showing you where ads/trackers have come from.
