Has been a reliable VPN since I downloaded it. On the one occasion I had problems connecting customer support responded quickly and the problem was solved. Service in China has, so far, been excellent.

AFAIK the best free VPN extension for FF. Definitely worth considering the upgrade if you use it a lot.
