bugfix

I decided to give the extension access on all urls (most extensions do that). That way any invidious instance can be used.

-added a few options

Almost complete rewrite:
-new logo
-different method used so the url is rewritten before the first request. in the last versions there was a connection made to youtube before the redirect. this is more privacy friendly and quicker.
-if the preferences cookie is used now there is no actually cookie set but the information is being injected into every request. This works more reliably.

todo:
-button to enable/disable redirects from youtube to invidious

New feature:
-you can have Invidioucious set a cookie to save the settings made in the addon settings. The cookie is renewed whenever the page is entered without the cookie

There was a bug which kept the extension from working if there was no url to an invidious instance provided in the settings. Now it defaults to invidio.us.
