Filters non-Japanese live chat comments on YouTube streams and archives. If a comment meets all three of the below criteria, it will be filtered. Comments that only meet one or two criteria are NOT filtered.
- The comment contains no Japanese characters. - The comment contains alphabetical characters. - There are no Japanese characters in the user's name. (In other words, comments from users with Japanese characters in their name will never be filtered.)
This results in minimal false positives or negatives.
