On installation it scanned for used passwords, which sounded great, but it seems to have picked up older passwords that have been changed, which kind of defeats the purpose of this app. I click the key icon in the password field, it slots in a password changed a year ago. If that isn't bad enough, at one point it was not accepting my masterpass password, so I go to reset it, only to get an error stating I need to have the browser plugin, which I already had installed. So I remove and redownload the plugin, restart the browser, same error message. Now I can't even access my "vault" of passwords that are incorrect. Well done you shortbus excuse of a password manager. Uninstalled, avoid this app.

- It used to be quite good, but now it either fails to log me in or runs incredibly slowly. I don't think this is down to their website, as the Chrome version of the extension on Vivaldi seems too work far better and quicker; ergo the FF add-on may not be up to the job. I have reinstalled the FF version, which seems to make a slight difference, but I expect these problems will recur.

I've been trying to pay my credit card bill for the last hour and this is not unusual. I've been struggling to get anythign done for the last month at this point. I'm effing furious.

- It has at times been a very good app, but for the last couple of months, it has been logging me out multiple times a day, despite my having all the auto log-out features turned off. I've been reporting the bug since I first noticed it, but the developers don't seem interested or capable of fixing it. The frequent malfunctions over the last few years preclude my going back to a paid subscription.
