Looks like a speaker, Barks like Ultra-Sonic Cross Device Tracking Dog Whistle. ^_^ Thanks to the Advertising Companies like Silver-Push, the Power of JavaScript Embedded in Websites and Microphone Permissions in Smart Phones. Your devices can be linked and associated with the near by Devices around you. Use SilverWall FireFox Add-On as part of your tool-chain to prevent this kind of sneakiness.

Right Click EXT Icon in Browser Task Bar, Select Manage EXT and goto Prefs to edit functionality.
