This may have been due to special characters in the title that stopped the file from being saved. As of 0.1.7 special characters are now filtered out, and a direct link to the file is also provided

Characters that can't be included in filenames,

aren't automatically filtered out by this extension, and it causes downloads that contain them to fail.
