It does not work, i have WEBRTC enable, and the add on continues to says that is off.

Is your `media.peerconnection.enabled` config set to `true`?

Have it installed since years, but dont know if it ever helped someone. I do have WebRTC disabled, and already wonder quite often if the addon is working as it "never" turns a green icon (well, maybe I missed it).
