Thank you for your feedback. Is it possible for you to update Firefox? Also, the reinstalling the extension might help you solve the issue. Before installing it again, make sure that you clear cache and cookies.

Contacted their support team once because of some connection glitch. The agent didn’t respond immediately but was friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers me is the pop-up that wants me to upgrade to premium every time I open it. But everything else is great.
- Yes, it works and it is helpful. But still there is one irritating feature. Every time I open the browser I have to see several welcome screens about how useful VeePN is before I can connect. I don't see any sense with this intruding manner. Once in the very beginning would be largely enough.
