previously im firefox 17 user, it works, now im upgrade to 52.9.0 and the toolbar is gone, what should i do ??

This provides a lot of very useful tools, but if it's pinned to the overflow menu, the panel it opens in is too small to use them all. There doesn't seem to be a way to resize the panel or scroll within it.

I loved this extension until recently when the latest update comepletely broke it so it's making my browser crash everytime I try to use it.I've had to disable it since the new patch started closing my browser down.I'm on Firefox v56 on the 64 bit install and that's what started crashing after this new update.
It was working fine on my other 32 bit install of Friefox v39 so I might see if downgrading to that one might help.

I would rate the previous version (maybe it's not updated at all, but just Firefox updated!) as top five star, however now this tool has not been displayed as a full toolbar. Instead, it now displays as a button... It's terrible. I would believe Firefox to blame. Firefox new versions have destroyed so many great addons!

However, for the author of the addon, it would be of great help if you can update the tool to get compatible with Firefox... Thanks in advance!

This is a great extension that I've used for years. Unfortunately FF 57 has partly crippled it. I'm keeping my FF at 56 and installing an prior version of Web Developer until FF fixes its API (which it probably won't). But I really want to thank chrispederick for his great work on this and updating it for FF 57 as best as possible.
I have a dozen critical extensions and 9 of them are still "Legacy" with no suitable replacements. Unfortunately all of the three that were updated have lost functionality I need. So I'm guessing that's why the others aren't updating because there's no way to do it without breaking what they're trying to do. So looks like FF 56 Forever. Or if I'm going to have to lose all my extensions, I might as well look for a new web browser too. FF is no longer going to have real useful extensions anymore. Which is sad as I've been using FF since the days of the Mozilla browser.
