fixed stupid typo that broke the "new circuit" button

- improved new_circuit popup
- added local tab history tracking so the new_circuit popup can make more relevant suggestions
- added Alt+Shift+C shortcut
- added notification that appears after one changes the circuit for a domain
- fixed bug where the circuit for the wrong domain would be changed if the tab was switched while the popup was open

added actionButton that allows users to change the Tor circuit for a single domain

- added option to disable dns proxying while still proxying dns for hidden services

the user can now choose whether the dns requests are going to be proxyfied or not
