great addon but not working anymore

This app could have been useful, but there are a few things that need to be addressed.

1. It currently try to auto-fill, but in most web sites I have tried, that did not work correctly. It seemed that many sites think that the field is empty because there was no keyboard input event or something. So, I have to copy and paste the credentials from the pop-up (as you see on the Screenshots), but copying was not easy. Please simply add a [Copy] button on the right to each of the ID/password fields.

2. The pop-up currently shows two scroll-bars on my computer, both horizontally and vertically. I hate horizontal scroll-bars. Please make the popup's HTML page fit the width and remove the the horizontal scroll-bar.
