can't login, cant change to .eu on extension, it's out of view

biometrics doesn't work. won't connect to the desktop app it says it needs or the native android app.

Integration does not work at all and the team does not know how to fix it. Unprofessional paid service, I am not going to prolong my subscription.

I used this for a long while and still have the app, but the extension's disabled. It reliably fails to unlock the vault, it just loops back to the unlock prompt without even a password field. But at least it's not actively harmful.

merci de rentre inutilisable votre service pour ceux ayant d'anciens mobiles. Du jour au lendemain je ne peux plus lancer l'app et je n'ai pas accès à toute la partie droite de l'écran sur l'extension, je ne peux donc plus du tout accéder à mes mots de passe.

Extension is becoming unusable.
It gets stuck with .com server and cannot be changed to .eu or self-hosted.
Extension needs to be disabled and re-enabled or browser restarted to work again for some time...

Also eure Plugins funktionieren weder bei Firefox, Chrome usw., ich gebe es auf.
Man bezahlt gut Geld für nichts, es funktioniert einfach seit einem Jahr nichts richtig.
Und immer wieder heißt, es kommt ein Fix. Dasselbe Spiel mit der Android App, die funktioniert auch nie. Aber gut ein Jahr ist rum und ich Wechsel jetzt, diesen scheiß tue ich mir nicht mehr an. Dafür Geld zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit.

This POC simply does not work. It fails to fill passwords on many websites. It DOES NOT work on android. It asks to save passwords that are already saved leaving you with multiple instances of the same password, but if you change the password, it doesn't change all of them. It's just a piece of shit.

In version 2025.11.1 Passkey stopped working with MacOS.

Unlock with biometrics has been broken in some way or another for around a year, but only on Firefox of course, currently it just doesn't do anything, the option is grayed out no matter what you do.

Any Chromium based browsers somehow work just fine though 🙄

For me the add-on is also broken, in Firefox 115.30 ESR there is only spinner.

Latest version makes CPU temps go right up. Use version 2025.6.1 for now.
