We understand how frustrating it can be that pop-up notifications cannot be permanently disabled at the moment. Currently, notifications can only be paused for up to 30 days, and we recognize that this may feel disruptive or spam-like. Your feedback has been shared internally as we continue to review how notification controls can be improved.
Regarding the offers you mentioned, we’re sorry if any deals shown did not match the exact product you expected. This is not the experience we want to provide, and we’re continuously working to improve the accuracy and clarity of the offers displayed.
As a temporary workaround, you can block pop-up notifications on specific websites via Account Settings → Service Preferences, so Coupert will no longer show alerts when you visit those sites.

It is comparable to a literal scam. I started using coupert and trusted the extension for months. At some point they just suspend your access to Cash Back and you lose all your cashback balance that you could have gotten paid out to you. I was suspended for "suspicious activity" and after contacting support to appeal or atleast find out what I allegedly did, they hit you with the same premade message which tells you nothing and simply states that the decision is "final". I know for a fact that I did nothing wrong and whatever they think I did was a wrong detection on their side.

Auf Anfrage beim Support kam die Mitteilung man soll alle Einkäufe für fehlendes Cashback manuell melden und Screenshots jedes Einkaufes und jeder Zahlung an den Support senden. Das kann nicht Sinn und Zweck sein des AddOn´s. Es wurde in all den Monaten kein Cashback generiert. 0 Sterne wenn es ginge und der Entwickler sollte sich um die Überarbeitung der Schnittstellen kümmern damit Einkäufe mit Coupert direkt und korrekt erfasst werden.

In most cases, if you’ve clicked on the Temu app, a TEMU promotional email, or used non-Coupert promotions before placing an order, it can affect the attribution of the order, causing the merchant not to provide Cash Back. Since the merchant has not provided the order information, investigating Missing Cash Back requires you to provide proof of the order.
We understand that your experience has been significantly impacted, and you don’t need to submit all your order details. You only need to provide the details of 3-5 of your orders to service@coupert.com. We will investigate your issue.
