Totally uneccessary, flaky, crashes, and has none of the features in other password managers.

I'm stuck with it because of work, but I'd avoid it like the plague if I could.

Edit in response to the developer response - I think that's part of the problem, I shouldn't need a browser add-on.

The Okta Browser Plugin has some password managing features, but the primary use of the Okta Browser Plugin is to allow you to login to certain types of websites that are assigned to your by your IT Team. It works as intended, but you might have issues finding the icon when using dark themes…

Significant hindrances to usability:

1. Seemingly oblivious to container tabs - all shortcuts open in the default container, despite not even having an authenticated session present there.

2. Does not appear to provide any kind of unification for single-sign-on. Again shortcuts opened into the default container, then required me to re-enter my password as there was no existing authenticated session. It also did not bridge or forward the authorization captured by the extension from a different container.

3. Supposed keyboard shortcut conflicts with a bookmark menu shortcut and does not work.

Ultimately, I'm not sure what this provides beyond a 'cute' mirror of the Okta dashboard...

It's useful but I need the tabs to open in the work container, not the default one. Otherwise it works well.

I like the convenience of this app but everything opens in a new tab. By the end of a day I end up with millions of tabs. I would like an option to make it open in the current tab.

I'm unable to autofill or save passwords because I'm unable to setup a pin. I had high hopes for this product, but it's virtually unusable.

Okta deprecated the PIN functionality in September. It's currently October. And the Firefox plugin still asks for a PIN when you attempt to log in. So basically, Okta is useless in Firefox at the moment.
