Hervorragende Übersetzungen. Zu Deutsch übersetzen, bleibt schwierig. Im Englischen gibt es mehr Wörter als im Deutschen. So gibt es immer Interpretationsfragen.

Diese Programme arbeiten mit einer Wahrscheinlichkeit, was richtig sein könnte und «denkt» nicht mit.

Wer weiter klickt, bekommt Synonyme zu Ausdrücken. Für eine saubere Übersetzung würde ich immer diese auch in Anbetracht ziehen.

Ich benutze DeepL schon eine ganze Weile, aber nur für aufwendigere Dinge, da ich nicht ständig die Reiter wechseln möchte.
Endlich gibt es ein Addon für DeepL-Übersetzungen!
Allerdings vermisse ich eine Sache im Vergleich mit meinem bisherigen Addon:
Nach Markieren des Textes soll ein DeepL-Knopf am Text erscheinen, der nach Drücken das Übersetzungsfenster öffnet (Das Addon-Icon nimmt nämlich Platz in der Leiste weg und öffnet ein anderes, zu kleines Fenster).
Wäre es möglich das hinzuzufügen?

works well for me. i like that i can set the default translation service, plus resize the pop up window.

Work great but if you can do some adjustement to be perfect :
- Some users don't see to check "Traduction in one click", to have an icon of DeepL displayed when we select text in webpage.
- when click on icon of this extension, zoom in window seems to be greater than 100%. Same problem for popup window, but with it we can adjust zoom.
- on Google sheets, when click on a cell, icon DeepL appear => Can you integer a list of websites (editable by user) where extension must not be activate ?
- Add (or explain how to) have the possibilty to shift icon when select text, because some times icon is on text we want to read

Two wishes for coming upgrades:
1) Setting "default translator" uses the preferred translator with one one click (optional: one extra menu item "other translators").
2) Setting "custom window size".

Wow! The translation is really better than Google Translator, but not on all sites, such as Firefox add-on site in the context menu, and the translation window is not shown when copying, you have to connect another translator. On the whole, it's an excellent extension. Thank you!

I'm rating this 5 stars because of the translations, amazing that this company can do a better job at translations than Google.

I just wish the extension opened in a "modal" like Google translate and not in a new window, other than that, this is the best computer translation service out there.

Addon and Deepl are great!

I am glad this extension exists, because I use deepl on daily basis, and this extension boosts my efficiency. Does right what it says.

Even though FF says "This is not a Recommended Extension", its code is actually very transparent and not malicious. Check by yourself on windows: C:\Users\your_user\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\your_profile\extensions\{c8f79b34-c3ff-4ce4-bdf4-eefa15c87f98}.xpi

Great extension. I think it only misses the opportunity (or option) to translate on the same page with a "popup"(is it called a popup?) within the same page as seen on s3.translator and Simple Translate.
