Does exactly what I need it to do! Got so annoyed that Instagram autopaused just because I switched tabs while a reel was playing. However, this can also be useful for other things.

works perfectly, this should be built into the browser itself, the user should have the option to choose if they want to allow or deny access to the Visibility API.

Great at bypassing that annoying "feature" on some sites that pauses a video if you tab away (for example during a commercial). The only thing that could make it better would be if it offered a toggle button that you could put in the toolbar to switch it on and off.
