Thanks for the kind feedback and for sharing your fork.

Multilanguage support is already available in the latest release (v5.2.0). You can change the interface language in Settings tab, including Russian, along with English, Spanish, German, French, or Simplified Chinese.

If you notice any issues with a translation, feel free to report them.
