I would never recommend it to anyone, really. About 1.5 years ago both free and premium versions worked well. I bought 1-3 months subscriptions several times to make sure it is worth it and eventually paid for the whole year. I know that restrictions are getting worse and worse but even before the problem got so severe this VPN stopped working properly whileas a lot of other VPNs kept on doing their job even in free versions. Customer's support refused to give a refund due to their policy and stolled for the time promising to fix those problems (nearly a year has passed, guys!)

I just ended up having a useless add-on/app and loss of money.

Absolutely garbage. Account registration required, and then it doesn't even fcking work.

I wouldn't recommend SetUp VPN to anyone. In my case they:

(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.

(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.

They refused, saying that they do not refund on two-year subscriptions and offered me $10.00 instead. After I asked for a confirmation from them of their offer they stopped replying to my emails.
