It works for getting rid of the AI stuff, but unfortunately it also gets rid of the classic sumlmary function, as well as all the stuff that comes up when you look up a movie, a book, a song etc

causes Red Google Maps Pins (when you search for something) to open a "google.com/search?q=local+guide+program" Page with 3 related unclickable links. Makes Google Maps almost unusable

Does what it says, however it also removes any local searches such as "___ near me", calculator, and weather. It relies on the web section rather than all, thus limiting searches heavily. I much prefer "AI overview hider for google" on here because it allows for regular searches that this application doesn't permit

Unfortunately, google made it so that their calculator, measurement conversions, etc. also uses udm=14. There isn't anything that this extension can do about it, but it is worth noting.
