    Excellent design + functionality. Donation sent!

    I would like to be able to do two things:

    1) format text of my notes (bold & italics would be enough), and

    2) create colored highlights on the page itself (but I know that's complicated).

    2) This add-on is not created with that purpose: I advice you to find out another add-on (and there are many) which give you this option

    **Update (14 oct): I want to inform you I've just released a new update (3.7) where you can find support for images and text-formatting (bold, italic, strikethrough, underline)

    Good. Does what it says on the tin, without drama or complications. Much better than any of the alternatives I tried. Certainly one of the most useful add-ons for me, making Firefox much better to use.

    If you could sync through the Firefox profile so that you have the same notes through different computers, it would be amazing. I just noticed that there's such an option in preferences, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.

    I’ve firstly implemented the sync in Settings but there is an important problem: each addons have a limited space for syncing (like 8KB), and so you probably would sync only a few notes 😓

    If you want to sync just follow these steps (I totally don’t recommend!): Export > Copy, then go to Import and Paste. Before to import, find in the text “storage”: “local” and change from “local” to “sync”.

    All notes were wiped after the recent update. Sticky notes do not work at all. The indicator for which pages have notes no longer works.

    I guess the new permission required, "Access your data for all web sites", is because of the new memo feature. It's ok, but it would be better as "optional permission"

    Well made and very useful.

    I have problems with firefox, though, so I wish it wasn't a pop-up window. It keeps closing for me, after only a few seconds. It would be so great, if it didn't.

    Nice add-on, works like a charm!

    Three stars because synchronisation is not working. Logged in to the same FF account on two devices, notes are not synced.

    Update: Thanks for the developer response! Happy to create an account, or work with my Firefox account.

    **Update: in the latest release (4.0) I’ve added the Sync feature! You need to created a Notefox account, but everything is encrypted ☺️

    Per me questa estensione è già da 5 stelle in quanto a funzionalità e utilità. Tuttavia vorrei suggerire di aggiungere la possibilità nelle opzioni di scegliere il colore dei pulsanti e dello sfondo, per adattarlo ai vari temi (chiari e scuri).

    I like this tool, seems very simple and private using the browser storage for data. Will notes be deleted though if I clear my offline website data? It needs a search for serious use.

    No, data should be deleted only if you clear browser data (in any case, I suggest to backup your date before to clear any data)

    I've fixed the bug with synchronisation. Now, if you access to the same Firefox account notes and settings are synchronised! Please, update your review in case.
