The goal was simple: a convenient yet reasonably secure TOTP authenticator built right into Firefox as an extension. I built it for my own use, but others might find it useful too. LLMs were used to help verify parts of the extension, look for issues, and so on.

Please always back up your TOTP codes, and don't rely on this extension alone. I recommend storing your codes in a dedicated manager like KeePassXC and mirroring them in the extension. And needless to say, back up your KeePassXC database too.
