2.0.8 not working

I turned off the regular Bookmarks Toolbar
My toolbar has lot of bookmarks with no text (icons only) and folders.
Does not show Bookmarks Toolbar when cursor moves above web content. Same as v2.0.
Very sorry to read about favicons and webextensions
