Almost perfect.If you have pinned tab/s then option to close tabs to custom url does not work.

There is an old addon that is not compatible anymore that used to close all tabs,open custom url and keep the pinned tabs open.Too bad it is legacy.

RemoveTabs came back!
Works perfect, including "Start the home page after closing all the tabs."
