End-User License Agreement (EULA) for CodeSynapse

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Mohatamim Haque ("the Licensor") for the CodeSynapse browser extension ("the Extension").

By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Extension.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Extension strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Extension.
b) Modify, decompile, reverse compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Licensor.

1. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor.

1. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the Extension and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Extension.

1. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

1. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXTENSION OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE EXTENSION.

The Licensor shall not be held responsible for any issues, losses, or problems arising from the use of third-party platforms (including but not limited to Codeforces, GitHub, or similar services) in connection with the Extension. Users cannot claim compensation or liability against the Licensor for such issues
