Consolidation wót Vanuaboy

A nice and gentle theme that I created and have used personally for quite some time. I think most solid blue backgrounds work well as lightweight themes on Firefox, however I wanted one with some light shading. Also played around with creating some sort of divider for the new menu button which is at the top right of the new Firefox (v29). Hope you enjoy as much as I do :)
