The add-on doesn't do what it's supposed to. I was unable to print the quiz. I guess more work needs to be done here.
I tried to print by pressing "Ctrl + P" and "File -> Print" and got the same result. For some reason, the resulting PDF document got 3972 pages. The first three pages and the last one are fine, but the rest are blank (I didn't check all 3968, though).

That's a bug in Print Preview, not the addon. The actual PDF will still only have 4 pages.

Coursera had changed their site which broke the addon. v1.2 is out which fixes the addon. Please update and let me know if you still have issues.
