wót KorvinSilver, prije 5 godinaMostly works but there are problems with it that make it just barely okay. First, double clicking a word in an edit field brings up the definition. That shouldn't happen or there should be an option to disable it. If I double click a word in a text area, I don't want its definition, I want to do something with it, maybe style it or replace it with something else, but this extension often makes that difficult. Then the popup. It's sometimes slow but worse is that if the text I double click is on the right side of the screen, the popup bubble doesn't change direction and it partially appears outside the screen.

jo se napisał prije 5 godinaYou can have trigger key setup, so that just clicking double click won't show popup and you can have shift etc key along with it to show the popup, it is present in extension options. I will look into how I can have option that disable popup in text area.

But since last few weeks, it shows - "Sorry, No definition found." for every word even the simplest one and I have checked all. Permission, internet connectivity, reinstalling - but no use. It seems this add on is dead.

It did that a while ago so I turned it off and found a different add-on, but I didn't like it as much and I forgot why I'd stopped using this one so I turned it back on and it worked for about a day. Then it stopped working again. I see an update note saying this problem was fixed, but it has not been fixed.

This week, I found it strange that I was unable to see many options for a similar browser add-on and a couple days ago went ahead and grabbed this one. I've probably used it before and don't recall why it wasn't (until a couple days ago) in my extensions list.
Anyway, quick to the point, it worked for about 24 hours and now doesn't show any definitions in popup at all. I'd love for it to be consistent and to be dependable but currently not even the simplest words are defined.
I get the popup window but it shows, "Sorry
No definition found."
Hope in time there's a fix because it's an important tool for me and if I could count on it, I'd gladly buy those cups of coffee.

Still, being on the search for this type of tool I tried it myself (on Google and Reddit) and was actually surprised it does work.
At the moment of review I have just downloaded it a couple minutes ago so won't know for sure about bugs or other stuff (I'd update the review), but I'm sure the developers can benefit from some positivity since the ext actually does work. No Definition Found' for every single word I try it on, even for words such as 'following,' 'internet,' and 'law.'

Also I understand it is meant to be nonintrusive but sometimes the definition given is too simple to where I end up searching the word anyway.
