REFUSES TO WORK ... was in the past an excellent add-on. But, then starting in late 2021 it devolved into garbage, due to its its spammy annoying pop-ups that refused to stop. Now it blocks youtube videos 100%, until its disabled, which makes it worthless. I'll continue hope-ing that it will return to its original pre-spammy excellent 5-star-status.

I purchased a license for this add-on and I accidentally purchased two licenses. Not only did I email the company about accidentally purchasing another license but the program didn't work. So I emailed them about that too. It's been over a week since I emailed them and no reply so I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

Tricked into thinking it would download anything above 720p but requires after installation to get the paid version. Stay away from such software

I cant use any option. even trying to download low quality mp3 forces you to upgrade to the paid pro version. The free version doesnt do anything at all
