The permissions set by our extension allow it to track your eligible purchases for Cash Back. Our Members may also use our services without adding our Cash Back Button extension. It is just one of the many ways we offer to our Members to make our services work for them. They may shop through our website (Rakuten.com) or through our mobile app (available on Android phones, iPhones, and iPads) as well.
Most ad or traffic blocking extensions can be updated to create an exception for Rakuten, while staying active elsewhere. Typically, this can be fixed by visiting our website (Rakuten.com), opening the menu for the ad blocking extension, and updating the setting to allow the extension to trust our website.
