It's really, really close to perfect. It blocks ads 100% of the time for me, but only stops "Suggested for you" on the first screen or two. But that's still way better than the mess I had before.

Your module it does not work and slows down the machine. Be careful and don't install that big sh......!!!!

Holy crap! This one actually works. At least, as of today. 4-16-21. These things can change fast.

Doesn't block or hide a single sponsored post or ad from my Facebook feed. Tried logging off, clearing cache et. all but no luck. Would have been great if it worked but now it will be uninstalled.

October 30, 2020 - Works on Firefox Nightly 84.01a and on Facebook's new layout (no ads). However, still see suggested post. But this does hide the ads at least.

I was about to delete my account in FB because of absolutely annoying ads and spam! Fortunately, I've found the ad blocker for FB. At least 70% spam is out! It's great! Incredible! Thanks, bro! I use Firefox under Linux Mint.
P.S. Sometimes the AdBlocker stops filtering, so I switch it off in my browser setting add-ons, log off FB, then switch AdBlocker on again and log on FB. After that it works well again.

Not working on a fresh firefox installation on a fresh win10 pc.
Same sponsored and same suggested ads, both on sidebar and on the main area.

EDIT:
sometime works, sometime not.
I can see some hidden DIV in the DOM, I suppose it has been hidden by the extension.
But WHY sometime yes and sometime not?
Maybe it depends on client-side script timing?

Not working with my polish "new" version of FB. Blocking adds on side panel but not "sponsored" posts.

As far as I can determine, it removes anything that AdBlock doesn't already remove, most notably those pesky sponsored posts. Thanks!

Just installed, works great for hiding sponsored posts in the FB news feed on Firefox for Android!

UPDATE: Now seeing occasional sponsored posts. But way fewer than I used to. Changed rating from 5 to 4 stars.

Works great, hides everything. Does cause posts to jump around a little sometimes when scrolling, but I will put up with that if I have no ads!
