It appears as it just doesn't show anything additional on the forks page but if you're patient enough it will show up in 10-20 seconds or so

I wish it displayed the latest change in a file/the latest release

I wanted this 🙌
However, it seems that the extension becomes heavier depending on the number of forks. and It caused stopping Firefox.
