Does what it says perfectly. Works flawlessly for trackpads, for mouse wheel maybe a small tolerance for unintended mouse movements when scrolling the wheel would improve the experience. Still, 5 stars. Perfect for showing the webpage and nothing else when fullscreen browsing with extensions that hide the scrollbar.
