Just login, click on borrow a book to open it in reader view and the download button shows under the book. Please fix if possible. Yes it says Blocked now when trying to download.

Even then, it took the add-on a few tries to successfully download the 500-page book I was after, with multiple failed attempts retrieving an incomplete or unreadable PDF, so you might have to be persistent.
