Adds hotkeys to the video playback speed.

2 Key Commands:
1. "Shift + >" = Increase speed
2. "Shift + <" = Decrease speed

To increase speed, press and hold the Shift key, then press the ">" key.
To decrease speed, press and hold the Shift key, then press the "<" key.
