    What does it mean when there's a "?" on the badge? How can I fix that? It's not clear if this extension is working or not.

    Not working properly right now, probably due to an Outlook update.
    The only thing shown is a "?" instead of the number of emails.

    Still get a "?" shown instead of the number of mail I have; it updates if I open outlook though, but sometimes 2 minutes later I get the "?" again.

    Edit: Win10, FIrefox 119.0 (64-bit)

    I am having the same problem another user is having. I have a '?' but no notifications. I just sent an email to my Hotmail account but nothing showed in the notification box. However all I need to do is click on the box and it brings me right to my Hotmail account.

    Doesnt work since a week. It simple doesnt alert about any incoming emails and it shows a "?" in th icon..

    It works! Simple and sweet.
    Would be great if we could change the icon / refresh rate in the settings.
    And I'm guessing it's a bug, but sometimes I just get a question mark instead of the number of new e-mails.
