NukeRefresh - Hard Reload Any Page wót Notavellos

NukeRefresh gives you five ways to force a truly fresh page load, for those times when Ctrl+Shift+R just doesn't cut it.
The strategies, in order of aggression:
⚡ Bypass Cache Reload — Triggers a hard reload through the browser API directly, bypassing the keyboard shortcut layer entirely.
🧹 Clear Site Cache — Wipes all cached files stored for the current domain, then reloads. Good for stubborn CSS/JS that keeps serving stale.
🔗 Cache-Bust URL — Appends ?_cb=timestamp to the URL, forcing the server to treat it as a brand-new request it's never seen before.
☢️ Full Cascade (recommended) — Runs everything at once: clears site cache, injects no-cache headers into the live page, then hard reloads via the API.
🗑️ Clear All Cache — Nuclear option. Wipes Firefox's entire cache across all sites, then reloads.
A keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+F5) triggers the Full Cascade automatically without opening the popup.
