This Privacy Policy explains how EUSPY LLC (“One Radar”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our platform.
1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash), billing data handled by our payment processor, usage data (features used, credits consumed, logs), and any content you submit to our tools. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, enforce usage limits, respond to support requests, improve features, and send service or account emails. We process data to perform our contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the platform.
3. Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service — hosting, our payment provider, transactional email (Resend), and the AI model providers that power generation features — under contractual confidentiality. We never sell your personal data.
4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, portability of your data, or object to certain processing. Email contact@one-radar.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and scoped credentials to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
