Reddit MTGCardFetcher Hover wót Suitangi

A browser extension that adds a hover option for Reddit's u/MtgCardFetcher bot.

Options:
- Hover: Turns the mouse hover function on/off
- Size: Adjusts the size of the card image upon mouse over of the card link
