🧭 R1 Helper — Faster RUCKUS Cloud Tenant Navigation

R1 Helper is a lightweight browser extension designed to speed up navigation and debugging within RUCKUS Cloud. It helps engineers and administrators quickly jump between tenants, access internal tools, and preserve active authentication sessions (JWT tokens) without repeated logins.

🔧 Key Features • Fast Tenant Switching: Instantly navigate to frequently used tenants. • Debug Access: Open the RUCKUS Cloud debug tool directly from an active session. • JWT Preservation: Duplicates the active RUCKUS Cloud tab to retain authentication tokens, eliminating re-login hassles.

🧩 How to Use

Open https://ruckus.cloud in an active tab.
Select your RUCKUS Cloud region (e.g., US, EU, etc.).
Use the extension buttons: • Option 1 – Debug Tool: Opens the RUCKUS Cloud debug console in a new tab. Note: This feature is intended for privileged internal users. The debug tool may not be accessible to standard R1 customers. • Option 2 – My Tenant: Takes you directly to your home tenant. • Option 3 – Copy current tenant ID: Copies the ID to your clipboard. • Option 4 – Navigate to Tenant: Prompts for a tenant ID and navigates to it immediately.
💡 Notes • Ensure you’re signed in to RUCKUS Cloud before using any navigation options. • JWT tokens are reused securely from your active RUCKUS Cloud tab — the extension does not store or transmit credentials or any data.
