New: Extend Countdown
Adding 5 extra minutes now requires a 20-second cooldown — a smooth ring countdown appears before the button activates, helping you think twice before extending your time.

Changes
- Default time limit for new sites increased from 5 to 10 minutes.
- Improved enable/disable toggle — blocking rules now apply and clear instantly.
- Better URL handling — non-web pages (about:, moz-extension:, etc.) are no longer suggested in the add-site bar.

Cleanup
- Removed unused code and dead localization keys.
