SmartContentGuard v0.9.5 — Permission & Locale Simplification

🔧 What's Fixed

Removed Unused scripting Permission: The extension no longer requests the scripting permission from the manifest. All content analysis and highlighting operates via declarative content scripts, maintaining full functionality while adhering to modern WebExtensions security standards.

Simplified Locale Support: Streamlined the internationalization structure by standardizing locale identifiers. The extension now supports pt-BR, en-US, es, and fr (instead of the previous regional variants es-ES and fr-FR). This improves compatibility with the Chrome Web Store's locale detection while maintaining full language support. Users in Spain, France, and all Spanish/French-speaking regions are now served the appropriate language automatically.

No Feature Changes: These are maintenance fixes only. All user-facing functionality remains unchanged.

Unified Locale Management: Migrated to a robust _locales structure with enhanced fallback mechanisms. The extension now reliably detects your browser language (pt-BR, en-US, es-ES, fr-FR) and loads the correct interface translations and legal documents without errors.

Legal Downloads Fix: Resolved an issue where "Legal Downloads" buttons were missing or pointing to incorrect paths for certain locales. Terms, Privacy Policy, and Compliance documents are now correctly linked for all supported languages.

Smart Language Detection: Improved the browser language detection logic to prevent "locale not found" warnings and ensure a seamless fallback to English or Portuguese when a specific dialect is unavailable.

Bug Fixes:

Popup UI Polish: Fixed visual glitches in the top panel and status indicators that could occur during profile switching or language changes.

Resource Manager Stability: Corrected internal path normalization issues that could cause 404 errors when fetching localized resources.
