Small bug fix:
handleSpellCheckShortcut set to true.

Fixed spell checker failing to initialize on sites with strict Content Security Policies and in hardened Firefox forks (e.g. Zen Browser).
Spell checking now runs in the extension's background context, the dictionary loads once per browser instead of per tab, and errors show an orange indicator instead of failing silently.
