Many connection problems

Does not connect automatically on browser start!

it's the worst VPN extension for Mozilla Firefox. I have paid for 24 months service, but it buggies all the time since my trial period is over.

This extension doesn't work. Please Fix.
If you clicks on icon doesn't show anything.

The extension does not work, when clicking the icon, the window that is supposed to appear does not infact show.

It has been broken for months.

Doesn't work at all. Can't connect through any available server. Works fine in Chrome though.

Upd: After 8 months still there.
All the time "Proxy connection error" in Firefox add-on.
On the same computer works normally in Chrome as wel as on phones and tablets in the same network.

Couldn't even install, Chatted with support for 20 minutes. Met with negative aggression re-asking the same questions and transferring me to another agent because his "shift was over" to go through everything again. Awful support.
I asked for a refund. Don't waste your time or $$$,

It is not working. If you login on firefox with your mozila account the extension stop to work, very strange bug.

Funciona bem se instalado no windows mas no firefox a maior parte das vezes não. Vou voltar a instalar no windows e remover a extensão.

if left on and restarted browser, asks for login again. unable to copy-paste login data if login window lost focus, it will be empty again.
dns servers from windows setup are being exposed if using extension only.

Curently not working with firefox. Installs fine but when clicking the extension no window appears to login or use the extension.

Won't open on my android devices why

dont buy there are better always gets blocked customer service is a chat line no help after a year dont work paid for two no help fixing
